A stunning species of Giant flower beetle very similar to their popular cousins Mecynorhina torquata ugandensis. This species is usually a vibrant green but can sometimes be quite orange. They grow to a good size on simple diets of leaf mulch, flake soil or white wood. More advanced breeders can add protein supplements for larger adults, but these are well sized beetles anyway.
